There's a cooking competition in town, and both Spongebob and Sanji have signed up! They get to face each other in the first round, so let's see who gets to advance!

The rules are simple: Each participant cooks a dish of their choice, whoever can appease the unbiased judges more is declared the winner.
We will assume Spongebob is human sized for this.

(For those about to ask, yes these kinds of matchups are allowed and can be added if it's something the characters are known for)

And it arguably distorted reality a little since everyone immediately got leather clothing warped onto them and the background of Bikini Bottom got distorted to an extent iirc.
