Goku should have 2 stage resistance to time stop. Jiren could over power hits time stop and move through it but his time leap froze him but after he powered up further he broke through it.

one being able to overcome it by simply being stronger

and afaik I don't remember Goku taking the special time stop Hit used against Jiren nor shown resisting it

Yeah jiren by powering up was able to resist stage 2 time stop, and Goku is even stronger so he scales.
 
yes but that's basically hit powering up his time stop then jiren answering by powering up as well

Hit literally put all of it in that one time thing to make it hit (no pun intended)
 
Sakuya has that layered time stop now since it can freeze people who already resist time manip, so idk if that gives her enough of an advantage.

Also, if Sakuya has access to her optional equipment, transmutation, soulhax, power null, supernatural luck, and multiple methods of resurrection kinda tilt the odds in her favor. Gonna go with Sakuya for now.
 
If Sakuya isn't operating under spell card rules then yeah, probably. She'd probably stop time first, and failing that, probably resort to trying EE or age manip.

Also if they're both L2-C, can Goku realistically oneshot her?

3rd UIS can oneshot her if Sakuya is baseline or slightly above baseline. MUI is out of her league in term of AP, but idk a shit about her so........ @.@
 
In that case, if Sakuya's time stop works, she wins, otherwise, she loses.

I'm personally gonna go with Sakuya since I don't know exactly how strong Goku's resistance is.
 
If Goku goes MUI, his instinctive reactions would logically make him act faster and amplify his overall speed to the point of blitzing comparable foes.

Although, how much does Saku's time stop have in terms of direct potency? She doesn't have RN listed in her normal P&A.
 
Actually it is 3 or 4 layer of resistance. 1 layer from U6 vs U7 arc, 1 more possibly before ToP when Hit told that he will not use time skip on Goku anymore. 1 more is in ToP when he constantly stronger and comparable to Jiren who break out from time cage which way superior
 
Since there's no Spellcard Rules, Sakuya will want to end fight quickly, therefore she'll try to use her Last Word which she compressed all time periods into a single space.
 
Well, how much layered the time stop Sakuya had? Thats the question

Last match was deemed in Goku favor as he can bypassed it, but now due of recent revision Sakuya time stop can bypass someone who had a resistamve to time stop
Then again Goku time stop resistance is two layered or six layred based from Viet comment
 
Actually, there's one more thing that Sakuya will start off with, considering that there's no Spellcard Rules and Sakuya has once been rejected by society, she will probably have a taste for Goku (A Human), she will try to end Goku immediately, most likely using her Last Word.
