10-C Tournament Round 3 Mr. Burns vs Remy The Rat

It pretty stompish, I am removing my vote.
Decisive doesn't mean it's a stomp. I hear that over and over again. It's straight forward. It's not a stomp. Remy has ways to win. He just doesn't.

A single, complete shadow of a chance, and he can't even really attack, as all attacks are practically instantly negated. It is a decisive stomp. The way to win is too unlikely or even fair, as it isn't exactly part of SBA to try to outlast an opponent. It is to fight, not to run till opponent goes to sleep.

It's not a shadow of a chance. Considering Burns has pretty low stamina. It's not unreal. Heck, if it does work. Body puppetry Incapacitates Burns via controlling him.

How is he going to use Body Puppetry on Burns if Burns is.... you know, Bald?

Well. So far above it was assumed the hair at the back of his head would work. I myself am a little skeptical on it. Then again, I can't exactly prove that they wouldn't work. And it wouldn't be surprising if it did work
