Gary vastly outhaxes Woody here. Not sure how strong his Toon Force is, but either way Gary's Low-High regen is almost impassable by Woody. Woody is also easily ripped and damaged, so Gary wouldn't need to tear into him too much to take the toy down.

Yeah regen and toonforce make this pretty unfair. One of the reason that the Woody vs Spongebob was closed.

Please read Garys profile one more time. It CLEARLY states that he has High-Low Regenerationn, not Low-High.

"High-Low: The ability to regenerate severed fingers, toes, or ears, minor organ damage, and even potentially reattach lost limbs. For machines and vehicles, this would be regenerating some interior damage, along with some minor critically damaged or destroyed parts."

Gary is that. Regardless, I believe Gary wins via Toon Force. True, Woody is also hard to take down, and hes not fully resistant to pain, he can still be damaged, as shown here. Its just that if he is in his inanimate state, he doesnt feel pain. If he is in his moving state, he feels it.

Gary also has the stamina to keep up as well, and top it with High-Low Regen, he will most likely win.

Usually, we consider Regen haxful if its Mid and above. So any regen thats Low to Low Mid is okay to nominate.

Is anyone Going to say how the toy gets past that stuff? Woody can only crush Gary and Gary can regen from being crushed. Seems pretty open and shut as a stomp, not to mention toonforce that allows even more punishment to be taken.

Yes. Pretty sure a few of them can, the viruses seem like the most obvious candidates, but Build Strike Gundam would also have a chance with his weapons. It's all about just being able to do enough damage to overtake Gary's Regenerationn, or incapicating him, something that some of our poison users could very well do
