Even if a character reach to hit the fourth wall enough hard to actually "destroy" it, making him able to enter in our universe and kill is own maker, that would just make him an extreme powerfull furth wall breaker, not a tier 1 character.

No, break the fourth wall to the a certain extent of killing their own maker, doesn't make him automatically Tier 1.

Actually, it doesn't even make the character powerful at all.

I think it's impossible to a character to really kill the author in real life, the author can put himself in the story and make the character kill him, but he won't really die in real life, no matter how well the character can break the fourth wall, he is still fictional, he can't really affect our world.
