Umineko Tiering Update?

Wank and downplay are two sides of the same coin, so I’ll fix this all the same. This CRT should be more like a soft update into the new tiering system, as a lot of these justifications are already approved, they just need tweaked tiering to match the new system. Not sure why any 07th expansion...
