After the events in the Espoir, Kaiji is still in debt and got visited by the same guy in the BMW who called him for the boat, inviting him for another "huge opportunity". After Kaiji finally agreeing to show up to the determinated place, he was instructed to enter a room, which has been filled up with a strange gas and Kaiji got locked up, making it impossible to escape...
Kaiji woke up in a chair by the side of a guy, clearly not japanese... matter of fact, nothing in this place looks like the hotel he's been before...where is he?
Tony was absolutely fine, he only took a few drinks and decided to play a little Blackjack before getting drunk in another corporative event he's very happy he doesn't need to put any effort into since he hired people to do so. He sat on a table of the game and a guy with the most triangular chin ever whose jacket he actually liked a bit was placed, asleep, by the security guys in the table, while the dealer was taking a little to show up. Those guys said he was the greatest gambler in the hotel, brought for him, so Tony decided to wait a bit more for the dealer. When the dealer showed up, it only took a few for the guy to wake up, very confused

-Oh, perfect! Now the true game may begin!

-Well, yes. It's not all day that we can put a condition so fun to our guest and to our broke-ass-fella! See, Kaiji, our CEO liked how you play our game and decided to put you to get your debt paid, but against the most unexpected of guests: Mr. Tony Stark!

Kaiji realized that he's dealing with a company many times more f***** up than he thought he was in debt with...and that he's gotta win a game he played only a few times in his life against the ACTUAL smartest person in the entire planet Earth. What will end up happening to him?
Meanwhile, Tony was actually wanting to see what happens here before calling an armor to help saving this guy from yet another evil corporation, after all, he was promised to be a great gambler and he wants to play a fun game, get drunk and...oh yeah, save the day too.

Kaiji and Tony will play a game of Blackjack, who wins 3 rounds first or loses all the chips, wins the game. Tony's starts in base.
The first round starts with both receiving two fives, Kaiji gets one of spades(♤) with one of diamonds(◇) and Tony one of hearts(♡) and one of clubs(♧) (if they try counting the cards, this'll get them the same chances of getting to the result)
Both have ¥10.000.000,00 in chips.
