Yes, he absolutely would. Tony is out here training with guys like Cap, Panther, Widow, and FREAKING SHANG-CHI who are at the top of the most skilled human combatants in Marvel. A high school bully is probably the least threatening thing he has ever faced. I also find it funny that Marsh walks around everywhere with 2 swords on his back and yet we never see him use them (Must be for aesthetic). Oh, and you don't have to equalize speed.
