When they're speed equal, he has enough time to activate his Deadly Speed ritual, which makes him double his combat speed...
And/Or he has enough time to reach the range (~13m) for Perturbation, and if that ritual works, it's literally gg cuz he can give  any order

Xande has mind hax but he needs to get a bit closer to use it. She-Hulk doesn't typically use thunderclaps unless the opponent is already pretty far away or fleeing from her. Even if she begins with it, Xande starts with a speed amp that will help him dodge and can quickly close the distance since his speed is Superhuman.

She-Hulk cannot wait out the speed amp ritual she is gonna heal regardless. The thing is Perturbation is not guaranteed at all. Huge stamina gap so I think she will sustain with overwhelming force. Plus using many rituals only hurts Xande in the long run as well.

She-Hulk's healing is only Low. Xande can just order her to stay still so he can hit her with his durability negating bat. He can't spam rituals but he can still use multiple of them at once.

Does the bat just delete whatever it comes into contact with? There is a universe Perturbation is a factor and a universe where it isn’t so idk. The bat seems like a better wincon

She-Hulk also has hers, after all, if anything she does connects to him, he insta dies. Her hits may not connect on the first attack due to Noise Screen (very quickly nullify damage taken)+Chaotic Shield (his skate is a shield that has a consciousness that helps him dodge), but yeah, if any of them do connect, it's over.

Let's also remember that he's using a pair of glasses telling him what's her weaknesses, so he will immediately know he can use Perturbation and win

So it’s either she outlasts the speed amp and eventually pummels him unless the bat is that dangerous for her or he gets perturbation off and does what he wants with her. She shares a similar but lesser version of Hulks physiology. Idk how much that plays a part

Not that much unless his combat plan is to pour her a glass of wine. His speed amp can definitely last long enough for him to activate the other rituals. Xande can also create illusions to distract Jennifer.

Sounds like Xande takes it due to speed amp and hax.

In character, we have to remember that She-Hulk has an ego that borders on a God Complex and ironically insists everyone who fits a certain demographic is persecuting her. So she is likely to assume herself to be invincible, and perhaps even throw a temper tantrum.

I swear, characters like her behave in ways that essentially make them a childish, arrogant, self-righteous bully, regardless of what the character looks like...

Update: I noticed She-Hulk's AP is closer to comic Homelander's now. Apparently, her AP is now 0.07887 Tons of TNT versus Homelander's upscaling from 0.062 tons of TNT. That's kind of close.
