Ok so martially, Po is outclassed. Baki can just copy Po's skills that aren't supernatural. I could see the Wuxi finger hold being a strong victory condition for Po, but the question is if Baki would let him pull it off out of curiosity and hubris, or if his danger sense would tell him to get out of it.

I guess flight would also throw Baki off, and if he was dropped from a height, it would weaken him. Problem is, things don't work on Baki twice, and once Baki figures out what Po is trying to do a second time, he will find a way to avoid it.

I feel like this is inconclusive cause there are a lot of hypothetical situations that could happen but given Baki is a heavily grounded verse, how he'd react to those situations is unknown.
