    Smeargle and Mew's tier can technically vary since they both also learn Transform. Is this correct?

    The fact that it can learn moves such as Solgaleo's Sunsteel Strike, and Ditto's Transform should make this character stronger than 7-B, and possibly unknown since there is no limit to Smeargle's capabilities (as it learns sketch every 10 levels) and it's striking strength should be alot higher.

    so if a smeargle copied and used roar of time or an equivalently powerful move, would that move only have multi city block level attack potency or would the move have the same Attack potency as the original user had when using said move?
