    Should be simple enough, considering that this calc has gotten accepted. This will upgrade the girls and those who scales to them from 1.12c (FTL) to 14.684c (FTL+). And yes, the Girls can react to stuff while flying, it's even evident in the scan of the calc that the Girls were dodging ship...

    Speed Equalized. Tornado (Low 6-B) has range and power, but Buttercup (At least 6-C) has a wide variety of abilities and is far more versatile. Though would it be too much of a stomp due to Tornado's tier? If so, what about using 6-C Tornado?

    So, HIM is Low 4-C, right? His durability is from fighting the Powerpuff Girls numerous times, but the trio themselves are 5-A. Shouldn't Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup be Low 4-C then, if they can harm HIM on a daily basis?
