1-3 : Win for the Powerpuff girls, they're much faster than him, even if they'll need to pummel Frieza for a while. They'll need to be careful about his attacks tho, since they've got only small planet level while Frieza is Large Planet level. PPG 7/10 for me, but they'll need to really keep pummeling him, Frieza is 3/10 if he lands an attack.

4 : Lord Frieza should win there, he's got the same dangerous firepower (and its boosted) but he's now faster than them, probably not by a crushing margin but he should be able to fend them off, and he can afford to take their moves with his durability. 9/10 for me, 1/10 for the PPG if they manage to really go all out but Frieza would probably get pissed and finish them off.

Blossom can absolute zero him if possible for final form Frieza, but that's their only hope. If Frieza goes after any of the others first, which he probably would due to Bubbles' innocence being an easy target for a ******, and Buttercup basically a femme Vegeta, they have a chance.

I'm going to go with frieza, but the last one will be barely since all his formson outclasses the PPG's. Not to mention he can survive when he's in pieces, literally.

1st one could go to the PPG, not sure though.

2nd Frieza stomps. Don't forget about his telekinesis, that could seriously turn the fight around at any point.

Frieza would have a hard time in the first round, but the second round is a stomp due to higher AP, durability and speed.
