So, HIM is Low 4-C, right? His durability is from fighting the Powerpuff Girls numerous times, but the trio themselves are 5-A. Shouldn't Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup be Low 4-C then, if they can harm HIM on a daily basis?

They actually don't harm him on a daily basis since in other episodes HIM is portrayed as being vastly stronger than them, overpowered and toyed with them and also resurrected the The Rowdyruff Boys, which matched them.

The girls also have anti-feats of being harmed by normal humans.
