This is by no means a serious attempt to "solve" power levels. It's just a fun, dumb project I spent a few hours on cos I felt like it. This is going by official levels, my own scaling and research already done here. Thought I'd share it and get people's thoughts on it.
Average Human = 5 (Obv)...
I understand Lilith lifted and teleported a city, and there's a case to be made she could at least lift things that heavy. But I'd argue that doesn't scale to AP or durability. No non-siren ever does anything comparable to this.
The most impressive feat we can see from fodder enemies is Loaders...
^ Machines are different to people. Houdini was killed by a child's punch because he wasn't ready for it. Even some professional fighters go into shock and die from strikes they weren't prepared for
I don't see particular reason, the dragonborn couldn't win. Galeem doesn't seem all that more powerful than Alduin, who the dragonborn could kill just by hitting him a whole lot.
Say if a city level character had a sword that could harm people with his durability, if he got stronger and reached, say, Island level, would the sword get stronger as well?
I'd say, it's relatively straightforward; those with a higher maximum capacity for people controlled at once should be able to overpower someone with a lesser capacity. I'm not sure if the example you gave leaves enough of a gap, so they may be about equal. At the very least, there'd be quite a...
Basically characters that have powers which allow them to take down much stronger characters, i.e, Sans breaking the laws of the game and using powers that harm the victim's soul rather than body, Corvo's bend time and Ragna's reality warping
Could a character with anti-magic use it to harm characters on a higher tier than themselves? And if so, what would it be classified as? HAX? Ignoring Durability?
Yea, that could work.
And B is a god-like eldritch/humanoid abomination, while A shares a body with such a being, both of whom have been restricted to 3-dimmensional power. Basically lovecraft lite. There are characters with soul manipulation in this verse, so I suppose one of them could come...
If B's consciousness left his body during the fight, he wouldn't be able to take over A and A would destroy B's body, leaving B with no other body able to survive the amount of power he has
It's not a pre-existing verse, I'm just trying to be consistent with one I'm writing. I can't say all that much, but if you want to help, let's just refer to them as Character A and Character B.
Character A has the type 1 and 3 immortality, Character B has type 1, 3 AND 6. They both have a...
The character has the ability to consume souls which he keeps inside of him and can summon as undead familiars. He can also... "digest" these souls, destroying them and adding their strength to his own.
