Is 5-D power considered Tier Low 1-C now? I checked the tiering system and it seems the High 2-A rating is gone. Also if I had a character with 5-D power who was High 2-A before am I allowed to change the tier or do I need it to be approved?
I'm not sure, but I think it would depend on character A's kinetic energy feats. If their attack had 1 billion joules of energy, and character B was completely unharmed, I think that would warrant an 8-C rating for the latter.
I would just look up the thread. You should be able to find it on discussions about the tiering system page. I think it was also highlighted. Basically we consider the gaps between universal continuums to be unquantifiable and can only rely on specific feats when it comes to destruction of...
Infinitely superior to finite 4-D power = infinite 4-D power. But this does not qualify for 2-A anymore. Infinite 4-D power is vague, so you must actually be able to destroy an infinite number of 4-D continuums now to be 2-A.
I mean, we have tier N/A on this wiki, which is for characters who are beneath the very concept of dimensions or for some other reason unable to harm others. There's only one character currently with that rating, but the page is extremely well-made. So I think if you tried to do something...
I've heard people say Undertale is star level at most (because one of Asriel's attacks uses stars, and destroying whole timelines apparently means nothing).
Shouldn't we remove the Divine Presence? It doesn't even exist within the VN. Also the High 1-A characters should be downgraded to "at most 1-A" or something, given that we've decided those ratings are far too high.
But yeah, I think "At least 2-B, likely 2-A" for both of the forms is logical. I don't think the two forms are different tiers, and while it's strongly indicated that he is infinitely superior to Omega Flowey, it's not absolutely proven, so the "likely" makes sense.
That would work for me. At any rate, the "at least" should be removed from his second form if he does stay 2-A. Also, people here seem to be thinking that if other characters drop a tier, Asriel must as well. But this isn't really how it works with 2-A. A character going from 2-B to 2-C doesn't...
I'm just saying it doesn't make sense to downgrade his base form to 2-B while keeping his full-power form at 2-A. It's never implied that his second form is infinitely superior to his first, while it is implied that both are infinitely superior to Photoshop Flowey.
I definitely agree with everything besides the Asriel stuff. Although I think the "likely 2-A" should apply to his base form as well. Other than that, I think all of your suggestions make perfect sense.
Also, how is base Asriel only 2-B, while his full power form is (likely) 2-A? Infinite stats only get you to 2-B, but being more powerful than that by some unknown amount then becomes 2-A?
I agree with 2-C as the low end for Chara, OF, Frisk, and the Anomaly. However, Asriel being infinitely superior to them does seem to me to be canon rather than just meaningless exaggeration.
His attack doesn't actually destroy the timeline, just resets it. He doesn't want to destroy any timeline, we've been over this. His stats still indicate he is infinitely superior to Flowey. He's not automatically at most Low 2-C because he uses a Low 2-C attack. And him going from 2-B to Low...
Wait, the fact that he was holding back makes him weaker?
Also, the fact that he didn't destroy the entire multiverse and the fact that he doesn't dodge in battle? The latter is an extreme non sequitur, and with regard to the former, Asriel could destroy all timelines if he wanted to. He...
Yeah, that part should be removed. The Brachiosaurus is only 9-B based on size alone, and is still far less massive than the Blue Whale. It only has the 9-A rating because of how fast it could swing its tail.
I understand that. I just think that since we have the scan stating that they are limited by quantum theory, we need overwhelming evidence to the contrary to show 1-A. The burden of proof should be to show that they are 1-A, not that they are not.
But anyway, I agree with Kepekley. This should...
