    @Akerious but how would that explain the large gap between the Two ? Ultra Instinct or not .. Jiren should be fast enough by default to catch Master Roshi regardless - its too big of a difference Roshi should at least passed-out by the first hit ... let alone a body limb ( or head ) falling...
