    Cletus's symbiote have a weakness to sound and heat based attacks, and Lucy is able to make explosions similar to a nuclear explosion, which is probably the only way that she can get past the regen of carnage.

    I'm going with inconclusive, There is no way Frisk can stop Chara from fighting, and as long as Frisk is at DT neither of them can die, so either they fight on forever never ending, or Frisk loses enough DT to die, but not enough for Chara to die too.

    Yes, flowey has killed sans before, multiple times most likely, however "hes given me more then my fair share of resets" implies that sans killed flowey multiple times too, and floweys abilility to keep resetting and coming back is what allowed him to eventually win
