I don't think picking just a single frame jump for the calc is the best method. Especially because it is so zoomed in on Luffy in that shot that we don't get a good look of the rest of the fist itself. It doesn't seem reliable to say that the fist made a complete 180 degrees spin around Luffy...
Probably an art error. Himawari should have a chunk taken out of her side in the panel where she gets hit, but the way it is currentlty drawn shows her barely being nicked at all aside from her clothes.

To give a similar example, we see when Saitama does his Serious Punch against Elder Centipede, the name for the technique is still going on even after the punch has connected.
Because to me, it looked like Platinum Sperm was blitzed before he actually started properly moving. Characters don't automatically go from 0 to their top speed with no interval between. Objects / people accelerate and build speed.
I didn't mean that Flashy Flash's statement was only for that one particular instance; just that the statement isn't useful for the scene where Platinum Sperm gets blitzed.
Let's say Character A says Character B is stronger than them. Okay, so we rate Character B's attacks as being stronger...
Nobody said he only gets a strength boost.
But our standards says this:
Golden Sperm and Platinum Sperm are faster than Black Sperm, sure.... But nothing points to them being trillions of times faster.
And you have a statement that the boost that Black Sperm gets from fusing his individual cells together is directly proportional to the number of cells? I.E. 2 cells fusing = 2 times multiplier, 3 cells fusion = 3x multiplier, etc. And that statement affects all of his statistics in equal...
