    As explained, the Time Elemental is the only one who is capable of travel through time via time vortex, but Time Vortex does not allow anyone who does not have a Time Elemental to travel through time, as they would be stuck in time without being able to return to their original time, meaning that the Mergequakes did not travel through time via the Time Vortex, but rather spread throughout all of time and space. The Time Vortex is not a vortex that allows the user to influence the timestream, but only to travel through space-time (the only ones who can use it are the Master of Time). The Mergequakes storm was able to reach the Time Vortex as it is part of existence, and it will spread throughout all of existence.

    All you're giving me is that this plane of reality allows Time Travel and this event reached it because it can cross all dimensions, one of which is the Time Vortex.

    What I mean is that Mergequakes storm and this blast did not use Time Travel to travel through time, the only way to travel through time is immeasurable speed and time elemental, but Mergequakes storm and this blast did not use Time Travel to travel through time because it does not have a Time Elemental, the ability to travel through time in the Time Vortex is only available to a Time Elemental.

    This isn't true. Assuming by infinity you mean aleph-0, the cardinality of aleph-0 * aleph-0 is still aleph-0. Assuming the Continuum Hypothesis is true and that aleph-1 = c or R or "the set of all Real numbers", then aleph-1 is the powerset of aleph-0 (2^aleph-0).

    There is a multiverse made up of an infinite number of universes and each universe has an infinite number of timelines. And each universe and timeline multiplies and expands with probability. Does that make the multiverse Low 1-C?
