    If there is the presence of an H1-A+ entity in a universe without there necessarily being a tier 0, would it still be contingent or necessary?     Would destroying two, thousands, or infinite amount of universes in a single attack be Tier 2 or Tier 3 feat, if there is no mention of time? I have seen some profiles granting Tier 2 for this. If it was just a singular universe, I'm pretty sure the consensus would be Tier 3, but why the higher amount of universes would suddenly change the requirement of time?

    It's with accounting for time as you're saying. So 4D object in 4D world. If you take just "in 3D space" then it should be spatially 4D, but it's spatiotemporal object (so it's 4th dimensional nature comes from combination with time).
