How did Martial Peak even get that 1-A rating fo Heaven Opening (or Universe Worlds)? While I only read the story up until the end of the part with Ink, I don't particularly remember the setting being all that impressive in scale ... or that abstract. Just the usual "pseudo Universe-like World/Inner World of various sizes" with variable quality and law manipulation stuff (and, at the Great Emperor and Heaven Opening stage, using World Force to attack each other with or smash or corrupt each other's inner world). Did I miss some major story element, did it get some upgrades somewhere at the end that redefined things or was it just the usual "it has a Great Dao and Great Dao is, hopefully, 1-A" thing (instead of vanilla law manipulation)?

It's a one-off statement anyways. Don't even need it to scale the verse to Low 1-A and higher.

I've been reading Sage Monarch to revive it, and the low tiers are kinda powerful. Like, it doesn't have uber-powerful smurf or anything, but those in the Energy Arts Realm can kill and inflict pain with their gaze, which then gets boosted to insane levels when you realize they can see without their eyes, see for hundreds of kilometers, and see anybody who looks at them without physically looking back.
