  1. Kouga's sleep manipulation should be changed to limited cause the affected people don't actually stay down for long. Real sleeping power would be something like the Tag of Heaven or the talisman that Kouga used in Episode 5, although the talismans would obviously be optional equipment.
  2. He might have Extrasensory Perception in the OG series since he felt Barago's presence in Episode 23. There's probably better examples, but this one I remember the most.
  3. Size Manipulation should be "Size Manipulation via Shockwaves"
  4. Speaking of Optional Equipment; Phosphorus Arrow for BoTDN maybe?

I love that Exdream causing Zeztz to have their own higher herald scaling on its own without relying on the crossover scaling, now that's refreshing
So EoS Zeztz Rider should be around universal to even above tier right now

So 11D Zeztz is actually pretty hard confirmed from what I saw. Somebody saw the formula Baku used and apparently its the same type of 11D that you see in TTGL.
 
The only thing specified about the dimensions themselves is that they're going beyond the normal 4. AKA 11.
 
How do we feel about Baku having Legend Rider powers in ExDream? (Legend Rider Capsems were fused into the ExDream Rise Capsem)

If ExDream is shown to be able to use the Capsems that were used to make it, than it should get a "possibly other Rider powers"

In Ep 33 during the scene where old Baku is making the form, when there are hundreds of capsems on the ground. We see several legend rider capsems there. (Some (Not All) were identified in the replies here) On the TV Asahi site, the description for the ExDreamRise Capsem is that it was created by all of Baku's Capsems merging into one. And in the following episode, we see that the same huge pile of capsems used to make ExDream were greyed out. (Something that happens when merging capsems)

In one hand I'd love a new broken Rider, one the other, HOLY MACARONI having ANOTHER composite Rider would suck.

Tbf those could just be placeholder the team have on hand. If we do eventually get to see Zeztz demonstrate at least a few of the other rider's power, you can make the argument that he has them.
