What skill feats has Keneki got? Musashi last I checked is one of the few people that can actually make fricken Yujiro flinch up. Also how does Ken get past Musashi's jojo stand sword stuff?

Voting Musashi atm via far greater skill, precog and probing Ken's brainwaves, being able to use 0.5 to score free hits and being able to essentially induce thought based pain manip which will cripple Ken and then gets cuts his head off by Musashi. Can Ken's type 2 survive that?

Kaneki fought and gave battle to Arima, who is the Musashi of his verse.
This dude has fought hundreds of hypermobile ghouls at once without getting a scratch, is capable of fighting at crazy angles, moving his limbs asynchronously and in different planes, and his techniques cannot be mastered by seasoned veterans. Hell, Arima once killed a ghoul with an umbrella because he didn't have a quinque with him.
Kaneki was able to surpass him.
So the difference in skills should not be significant, if any.

Kaneki won't care about the manipulation of pain, because losing limbs in battle, being torn from the inside and chewed into mush is a typical Monday for him. This guy literally smiles like Jesus as his leg is twisted 720 degrees, his joints and muscles are torn and his bones are broken.

Also, I don’t quite understand how Musashi will cut off his head with one blow with a x5 AP difference

I see, well Musashi can make Yujiro wary and we don't need to go into how cracked a fighter that guy is, the gap seems closer though Musashi should still edge out considering he was considered the greatest swordsman of his time and solo'd over 70 fellow warriors without a scratch. Said warriors in his time could also read a person's brain signals just like he can iirc, there's nothing stopping Musashi from sensing Ken's killing intent and reading his brain waves.

If Ken can survive being chewed into mush wouldn't that warrant a higher regen than low mid? Or was that just due to his type 2?

Should say Musashi's pain manip is pretty severe regardless even then it, he was able to bend Baki and make him break. This was a guy who casually pulls his fingernails out without wincing, had his arm blown out from the inside and laughs it off and who could have every bone broken in his body and be able to still fight Yujiro. Baki was also greater than Hanayama who could have his entire mouth obliterated with a bomb and keep fighting as if it didn't occur. Plus I don't see resists to sense manip and the pain manip in general so Ken should still fall for this happening even if it doesn't put him down which will be bad considering Musashi will be attacking also.

The AP gap is large yes, however piercing damage is a thing as Musashi has swords and his hands which are like blades. A large gap isn't anything he's not used to. Musashi fought Pickle in the past, a guy who's muscles were so damn impervious to damage that he could no sell hits from the roster of Baki. Yet Musashi was able to get by this by cutting at his weak spots, even though Pickle could regen Musashi kept cutting to the point where Pickle eventually said "F this I'm outta here." as he saw Musashi as the thing he feared most that being a giant bee.

There's really one thing that makes kaneki's appendages deadlier than sword. It is their fleixibility like a flesh

70 swordsman whose swords can pierce cut but not bend to do unnatural cut is different from flexible lethal rubber or flesh that can suddenly twist and turn making their slashing or slapping direction hard to predict.
Sure you can read people brain and all but if you read someone's intent as he changes it while his weapons are point blank at you you can get easily cornered into being unable to dodge
