This takes Boros from High Hypersonic+ (58.42 Mach) to Supersonic+ (3.8 Mach) or Hypersonic (9.5 Mach), depending on the acceptance of the computational group members.

Simple change of policy, this is fine.
 
The calc describes it as "the average joe" being unable to follow: is that accurate? If so, 0.2 seconds would be the value to use.
 
I think this comment should be enough. I will proceed with creating a content editing thread after the current Boros speed upgrade thread ends. Or there's no more talking.
