Ez as **** tbh, just downgrade said Mid-Godly and it's GG.
Also that just means Zeno's erasure can permanently kill those with Mid-Godly.

Well generally, it will depend on the mechanics and weaknesses of the regeneration. Simple as that, no real one size fits all for it.

Easy. Wipe out all aspects of their existence, like their entire history, then their place in the narrative and then their underlying concepts or information that were responsible for their existence in the first place. You gotta do all three to overpower Mid-Godly, but if a character survives all that and comes back, then you're dealing with High-Godly.

His mid-godly come from hakai stuff, not zeno's erasure
Zeno erase IZ in Fundamental/history level (time ring disappearing, even Gowasu/Goku/Vegeta/whis/bulma/.. said entire Trunks's timeline was gone in same manga) so not even his mid godly could save him

All this means is that Super Shenron has really potent resurrection since he can bring back all the universe's erased by the Zeno's in the ToP arc.

Yes that is, GoD Hakai only erase up to soul, Zano EE can negate Mid Godly, just because his EE prevent a Mid Godly regen doesn't mean his EE should be up to the level of High Godly which erasing fundamental.

either one of those, but we always go for the low end, which is Mid Godly Negation, also no proofs that he can erase thing on fundamental level like concept. You can argue that he erase timeline though, but history erasure require extreme evidences

Actuality, anime zeno should have. There is a statement in anime about hakai can't kill immortal zamasu in anime too (in both ways, zamasu resistance EE or even he doesn't resistance, he could regenerate from erased)
How about Mid godly mechikabura and Crimson Masked saiyan
