    Why did Boros hit her 100 times before she could react when their starting points were 4 km apart and it took him more than Tatsumaki's perception to hit him once first? That meant that Tatsumaki could still do something slightly before Boros moved towards him.

    Yes, the answer in the link you sent is what I thought. Recon1511's answer you sent is that if she can respond in time. She will be able to block that attack. But if it wasn't then it would have been a blitz and I'm still confused as to why Boros was able to blitz her when she was able to react before Boros could reach her.

    I'm sorry if this bothers you, but this is really questionable. When you say that Boros can blitz Tatsumaki when she can still react before Boros gets to her.
