They didn't declare him strongest at the time because he was never the strongest. I think this is a bit clearer when one sees that Yuta's son went to Yuji. I do think Yuta did get stronger than he was as a teenager, but there's no real implication even in those short flashbacks that he was anywhere near the "calamity" from 70 years prior or the current strongest or the coming strongest.
Yuta son isn't an argument cause we don't know why he went to look for him
Anything else is headcanon

Did CRT for mid tiers. Let's see how it goes

Crossing 10 meters for a massively hypersonic to rel character is much longer than regular characters so I'm not even sure how that is a low end feat. Wouldn't qualify Kabuto's statement as demonstrative of further scaling either. And we don't hold the story to a one time statement hundreds of chapters prior to Kishimoto's more high end framing of the character's within the story.

On the other hand, JJK's biggest speed feats are towards the end of the manga, with crucial events telling us how fast everyone should be and making these speeds concrete across several characters.

saw someone on tiktok say heian sukuna > kashimo > meguna > gojo
NOTHING WRONG WITH IT BRO. HEIAN SUKUNA IS MASSIVELY STRONGER THAN MEGUNA PHYSICALS AND THE SAME MEGUNA WAS REACTING TO AND TAKING HITS FROM 4 BF AMPED GOJO.

I'm 90% sure both the kabuto statement and kid naruto statement are from part 1 not "end of naruto". Now sure what your first sentence means.

Yes that is what I said. My first sentence means faster characters perceive events slower so crossing 10 meters in 5 or 10 seconds is going to be longer for them. So saying they didn't cross a short distance in a short time isn't an example of them being slower.

Arkenis just be saying anything
JJK reader not understanding words, nothing new.

That doesn't make much sense at all. Who cares about someone's perception if everyone around you can see you're taking more than 10 seconds to cross 10 meters?

None of these statements make sense I'm sorry to say

So everyone correctly saw them take up more than 10 seconds then? Like what are you implying here? That characters who say 10 seconds (or more), are lying? or just using incorrect numbers? (10 seconds is just a placeholder here)
No. I'm not implying anything, I'm saying fast characters perception is higher than regular humans, so arguing from an outside perspective from us reading the manga is pointless. Those characters who say 10 seconds are also superhuman, so their 10 seconds to travel 10 meters in combat will feel much longer.

Nothing new with JJK readers.

At the end of the day, JJK will stay below a certain speed cuz the story demonstrates that. Naruto will stay above a certain speed cuz the story demonstrates that. All this arguing or tryna point out random statements won't help make JJK faster, still gets blitzed by Naruto.

Nothing wrong with that but part 1 Naruto isn't among those people who blitz jjk since the story demonstrates that

10 seconds doesn't actually change if you're superhuman or not unless you're once again implying that 10 seconds in naruto or 10 meters in naruto isn't the same as in our world.

Again, perhaps there's some language barrier here, but what you're typing literally makes no sense here. We're discussing distanced and time frame not "Feeling".

10 seconds to a person who perceives the world at a faster speed feels those 10s much slower than regular humans. I'm not saying 10s or 10m in Naruto is different to ours.

Do you not speak english?

Yes, we're not talking about feelings though. We're talking about objective distances and time frames, as in when someone is showing you are crossing 10 m in 20 seconds you are actually crossing 10m in 20 seconds, not whatever subjective time you "feel".

And those objective distances become subjective when we're dealing with superhumans. If we were talking about regular humans then I can understand your point, but for now it's just a bad argument.

Objective distances do not change because you're superhuman. A 50 feet tall building is still a 50 foot tall building whether i am superman or a 5 year old. What are you talking about man?
