It’s most likely Dess imo. There’s genuinely so much evidence for it, and unlike Carol it’s all subtle stuff that only people deep into the fandom will usually notice. If it’s not Dess, then my second bet is Rudy. Carol seems like a red herring to me with how obvious the implications of the Holiday Manor scenes are.
I mentioned it before, but if it is Dess my hope is she’s not mind controlled or anything like that.

Dess and Carol are generally the "way too obvious" options, so I don't really think it's either of them. I really hate how people start to push the Dess Knight as already canon, they're as annoying as the Gaster fans.

Making "The Fun Gang" the basically canon name is in my opinion, the lamest name that could've been chosen, they're always gonna be The Lancer Fan Club to me! (I'd settle for Delta Warriors tho)

- Genocide = Chara
- Neutral = Omega Flowey (that's why I always subscribed to idea that he erased all of Underground btw)

Because it can both downgrade or upgrade the verse depeding on how you interpret the code of the game in the verse.
