arisu is intelligent enough to build a gun. this can easily kill yogiri since his death manip is restricted n ranged weapons work

It's an empty field, also geez, i was about to send to the verse discussion, how are you here already LOL

Just think of minecraft plain empty field (just grass, no villagers no anything)
grass is a perfect zone for microbes and bacteria to grow, and due to climate change the air is hotter making it harmful to humans. so she can just keep throwing the grass at yogiri until he accidently eats it, causing him to get infected and eventually die of sickness. she could also manipulate him into eating it leading to his death eventually

It's a fight, i think anyone would think Arisu will just attack him with her cane or something lol

But i will go with this if it can't be restricted lol

Anything that bumps tiers can be restricted iirc
It is not fine to restrict abilities in a versus matchup, implicitly or expressly. Matches that are arranged this way should not be added to the character profiles, as they don't involve their full potential, and are only intended for casual entertainment.
  • An exception would be if the restricted ability/technique has a separate tier from the main one, and is one the character can consciously restrict themselves from using. In this case, the match can be added
Yogiri's ID ability is passive if anyone tries to attack him. And Kid Yogiri doesn't have seals afaik

The match can still be done, tho. It just cannot be added
Would this;

Scenario; Arisu and 2 other agents are tasked to kill Yogiri and Yogiri caughts wind of this, Yogiri needs to find out who is trying to kill him (he cannot kill anyone just because he wants to, otherwise it would be unfair..)

Make it more fairer? (i also changed the location)

Yogiri can perceive any killing intention directed towards him. The moment Arisu and the agents will to kill him, he'd immediately know where they are due to where the killing intention comes from.

Hell, even if Yogiri couldn't perceive them, pretty sure he has some feat of killing a being he knew nothing about by killing the idea he had of the one who is targeting him, so he could kill them anyway.

lwk the funniest comment i've ever seen on this wiki

I will be real, if Yogiris only hax is restricted, he is losing... Arisu FRA...
We can't restrict unfortunately

Because going by the rules (which i didn't see), you can't restrict something that the character can't consciously seal, and unfortunately, Yogiri in this key cannot seal his ability

Actually it can, since it is a different tier.

Here is the thing, can't he restrict his power fully, though?

His "base" is seal 0 and not even a key since it's baseline human without his powers... So I don't see why it would not work?

So yeah, it can be used, since he has an "key" that i just baseline human without his abilities, but was never added to the profile since it would break rules since it would be an empty ability section, but it can be used. This is better explained on the wiki.
Gates (門もん Mon Due to wanting to be as human as possible, Yogiri constantly restrains his power with seals — "Gates" that are locked within his mind. By imagining them opening, he can release more of his powers one by one. Each seal (when unlocked) leads Yogiri to a new "Phase" (段階 Dankai), each one greatly amplifying his power. From the second seal and up, those doors would automatically close after a certain period of time. This proccess was set up to prevent him from accidentally destroying the world.
  • First Gate (第だい一いち門もん Daiichi Mon): When this gate is open, Yogiri becomes capable of killing anything (with a thought or automatically), can sense killing intent, and can foresee any incoming danger that might harm him. This is the standard Phase that is usually active at all times.
As you can see, the "first gate" is not his baseline.

"Notes: When he was a child, Yogiri didn't put any seals on himself to limit or outright deactivate his power, as such, he can use the full extent of his power which include all specific applications described in each seal key."
