ok, but in all seriousness, what makes Dummy's missiles too unrealistic for us to consider comparable to real missiles? The only things I can think of are their size and the fact that they're magic, but both of those seem like pretty weak nitpicky arguments to me tbh

Assuming the action buttons are indeed 100cm/1 meter and measuring the diagonal gaster blaster from the start instead, the range is about 5.1m and it's speed is 153 m/s (Subsonic)

Travel speed is a psyop cooked up by the shadow government to make us think lasers are actually light speed!

idk, comparing them to the size of the smallest missile, I'd say they have enough volume to realistically function irl in the way you'd expect them to, so I'm not against using the missile calc as a possible rating

Seriously though, why does everyone and their grandma scale to Frisk's speed? Frisk can causally run right past Undyne several times without her being able to do anything to stop them. And Monster Kid constantly trips over themself while running at around human level speeds (like roughly 7 m/s I think). I'm not gonna make a downgrade thread over this, as there are moments where it can be argued that regular monsters scale to Frisk's speed, but it really feels like that it should only be a possibly rating.
Undyne moves faster than Frisk in the chase; she always catches up to you.
Since there only two monsters who can dodge:

Also, in the ruins, Frisk can climb back up a hole after falling down much faster than their normal running/walking speed. (Again, these last two examples are likely just cinematic time)
