Passive stuff is passive, already there. Unequal speed would be relevant if someone was immeasurable since that's what is needed to "dodge" passive stuff

Dante is gonna get resistance to EE too tho, he stands within the Void King and that is stated to kill everyone

Also, other chars like OG Mundus and basically everyone else can exist and act as Souls so not even an incap
 
Is it have any passives, what is it first move?.

Anyway from the glance i think it is below DMC and GoW, above Danny Phantom and Wizard101

God of War and Devil May Cry handily trounce that but to my knowledge, Primordial Chaos beats Danny Phantom. I dunno about Wizard101 to compare.
 
I think if the show expands on Chaos representing Daoism like with his chinese mythology counterpart, he can gain NEP stuff in the next season

Maybe around 7? Asriel has information EE but at the same time doesn't resist Concept hax so I'm unsure.

Is it passive or not? If not then it'd get passived by DMC before anything. If it is, what does the alteration do specifically? Like, the offensive application.

Passive as he embodies everything that exists including countless x hypertimelines. It basically traps you to become apart of his stories by altering your memories and soul. Can also modify your powers to adjust it to your past lives
