Luffy’s Win Conditions:
Internal durability negation leading to lethal damage (Ninja’s are susceptible to internal blows).
Superior speed and future sight leading to grabbing and crushing via vastly superior lifting strength.
Naruto’s Win Conditions:
Truth Seeking Orbs leading to existence erasure upon contact (no resistance to).
3x higher AP with strongest attack which can be stacked with a mass clone barrage assault.

that he has durability negation that makes it a one sided fight for the entirety of the fight.
Naruto can't hurt Luffy with blunt force while every attack Luffy throws is hitting his organs.

I can’t tell if Naruto’s 356 AP value is from the Susanoo cloak or not from the profile.
If not there should be a correction in the OP as Naruto would have a 3x AP difference instead of 6x.
