It’d be better if you elaborate more on the death manip rather than just saying she has it. Like conditions, how it lands and its mechanisms tbf. Given Kiana’s HDE and the Cocoon of Finality being in a higher dimension than Noel’s range (12D vs 5D). May mean it can’t even land and kill her. On the power null bit Kiana should be fine as she resists this in her Flamescion Key.
Not sure if Kiana can kill her though since Honkai’s CM1 is getting gutted as we speak and her high godly is conceptual.
Otherwise following this thread and seeing where it goes.

well kiana also had cm1 at the time but it was HoF AND CoF key so i think she started as HoF? idrk but literally the only way this fight can happen is if kiana makes a HoF avatar and makes that fight noel and even then kiana still cant be reached lmao

Kiana can’t kill due to Conceptual High Godly

Noel can’t hit her with any of her hax

If Kiana’s Binding authority (all that power null and resistance negation stuff) can just shut down her regen or the mechanism behind it though I’ll change my vote to Kiana though.
I’ll need a Noel supporter to tell me on that part

The only thing that saves Kiana here is range because Blazblue has far more hax layers than Honkai does, and Noel resists damn near everything Kiana has to throw at her. Also, forget trying to kill. Kiana can't even touch her her due to NEP2.

@Monaitama You can't mass select people who commented in threads and assume they all voted Inconclusive, they have to flat out say on the thread that they voted Incon for those votes to count so it would be 0-0-2 rather than 5.

@Jackof_noTrades068 Noel has survived and flat out resisted weapons that are capable of negating regeneration and killing immortal beings in the past so unless that stuff is layered in Honkai, Noel's not gonna die anytime soon since her Life Link and Successor of the Azure immortality is going to keep her active.

Though as Alpha pointed out, if Kiana doesn't have any NPI feats against Type 2 Nonexistence then she's kinda screwed in terms of affecting Noel given she's that type of Nonexistence thanks to being a Chronophantasma.
 
Less incon and more of a mismatch because literally nothing is happening in this fight. Kiana is rendered unreachable due to having 11-12 Dimensional range and Noel can't be interacted with by Kiana, so the fight just doesn't go anywhere so we can't even call this a draw, it's just an incompatible fight as of now.

Even if Kiana were able to interact with Noel, if she did decide to send down an avatar to fight Noel, that Avatar would immediately die to passive Phenomena Intervention. Noel also has resistance to Phenomena Intervention, so most of Kiana's hax wouldn't really work

I would ask how many layers Noel has considering there's no blog or anything of the sort regarding Blazblue.

Hax Layer Evaluation Thread

@Monaitama Phenomena Intervention layers for Noel would be ridiculously high, I can send you my arguments on the layered hax evaluation thread but the TL;DR of the scaling is Countlessly above Infinitely Above baseline. Noel gets that high due to her Intervention being able to match the Master Unit since she's the Successor and its perfect clone, and the Master Unit's one of the few beings that can get that high in layers with it's status in the verse of its Intervention capabilities.
 
You can't really vote for incon here because the entire fight is a mismatch. Nothing happens here because neither characters can do anything that makes any difference in the stalemate. It's better to just close the thread due to it.

Staff members can close the thread, normal users can't, they mostly have the rights to make threads. Either way closing the thread.
