Okay, I guess this will be quite unusual for a verse that's supposed to be just humor, but why not?

First, "Toonliness" is a substance that exists within the bodies of all Toons. It acts as their "personality" and "power." This is demonstrated when Toon characters lose their "Toonliness" they become soulless, devoid of personality, and lose all their powers.

Second, "Toonliness" also exists within human bodies. For example, when this woman's toonliness returns, she gains both her "Toon" powers and her insane personality. (As for why she still retains her personality, as we know, after Bab lost her "toonliness," she created a new personality for herself through her actions. This means Toonliness is not related to the mind and memories.)

Thirdly, when "Toonliness" enters different bodies, they acquire different personalities and the powers of that character. (For example, in this case, little Taz enters the body of the little pig.)

One more small addition: "Toonliness" should not be misunderstood as a soul, as toons can regenerate their souls, while Toonliness is considered their "essence."

Yes, but because it's still physics, that's why it was rejected, while "Toonliness" is more abstract.
Non-physical things aren't necessarily considered abstract. Although, how should one classify "essence" in this case? It's very similar to Soul Manipulation, but it's not exactly that.

Well, as I explained above, Toonliness acts as the power and personality of each character. As for Soul Manipulation, I explained it in the supplementary section; it can regenerate from souls and even from type 2 information.

I suppose Type 2 Information Manipulation might work.

It's been on the Toon Physiology page for a long time. I only pointed out that they can regenerate after their souls are erased, to prove that "Toonliness" is not the same as soul, because we know it as power. If toonliness equals soul, then if their souls are destroyed, they cannot recover. Anyways, I can also provide an example of Concept type 3.
Example

What other evidence is needed?
I’m not entirely sure, but what I do know is that I don’t think the evidence above can be interpreted so directly as proving it is CM3. This is because we don’t know the context of that scene or what exactly the character was saying.

We also have cases like in World of Mayhem, where Marvin uses a device to turn characters into coins, and those characters are unable to respawn normally. In this case, there’s nothing that guarantees it represents their essence—it could simply be their souls being sealed, preventing normal resurrection. This might just be a special ability of the device.

What I mean is, Accelerated_Evolution said this: "It is something more fundamental than the soul, as showed when Bugs tooniness allowed him to regenerate even after he was destroyed on an informational level (Plus, Toon have already destroyed their own souls and came out fine). Just like some weird type of 'essential life-force'." So it can't be a soul.

As for World of Mayhem, I mean it's a transmutation, and transmutations are usually accompanied by powernull.

Wait, perhaps you misunderstood me. My point, and Evolution's, is that if the soul is "Toonliness," and we know Toonliness is their power, then if their soul is destroyed, they cannot use their abilities to regenerate it.

Okay, then I think we should let Accelerated_Evolution share his opinion, since I’m not really sure about this.

uhhh what about toon physics? It feels like it’s the foundation of everything in loony tune universes.

Toonliness is the foundation upon which they harness their power through imagination and personality, but what exactly are you referring to in terms of toon physics?

This doesn't sound like Conceptual Manipulation to my knowledge, this sounds more like "Toonliness" being a verse specific power.

Why? Toonliness acts as both their personality and power. What I mean is that removing Toonliness not only takes away the Toons' powers but also their personalities.

What I mean is, Toonliness isn't just about power but also their personality; can you explain why "personality" and "power" isn't enough for Concept type 3?
