    Resistance to information type 2 manipulation?

    So in game Looney Tunes World Of Mayhem have a character that can hack Toon's data And Radioactive Carrot can give them resistance against there debuff include the hack data so i guess resistance to information type 2 manipulation?

    How do you beat toon force and toon physiology?

    Toon force allows for basically limitless reality warping as long as it is funny and toon physiology basically makes you immune to anything besides being erased from existence. How would you beat a toon character with mastery over both these traits assuming you can't just erase them from existence?
