Hello everyone, after a bit of pause from Gravity Falls, I've decided to rise stuff even further.
But yeah, these are the abilities I plan to give to Dipper, Mabel and Soos as a whole new key in the Mindscape, due to them gaining new stats and abilities in this place similar to a certain cowboy toy. Their stats?
First things first, let's talk about this statement which is used for Bill's NEP:
Also, Bill's NEP should also include Type 2 aspect, as he's currently accepted as having Type 4 off him also lacking the data that makes up the whole multiverse, and said data should also make up Type 3 concepts such as life or fear.
And obviously, if accepted, this stuff should be included in Dipper, Mabel and Soos' incoming Mindscape keys.
Dipper is tuff
In the Dreamscaperers episode (S1E19), it is estabilished that within the Mindscape one can do whatever they imagine and conjure anything they conceive. This allows them to do a lot of stuff:- Flight (duh)
- Subjective Reality (also duh)
- Immortality (Type 2; Within the Mindscape, Dipper could survive being with large hole in his chest that was caused from Bill Cipher, and was fully unbothered from it even shortly before being healed from Stanley)
- Creation, Healing and Resurrection (In the Mindscape, Stanley could create a soda can and heal Dipper's hole in the chest, and Mabel could create many kitten-fists and shoot them at Bill, and resurrect Xyler and Craz after that the two were obliterated by Bill prior)
- Energy Projection (duh, duh and duh)
- Forcefield Creation and Attack Reflection (self explanatory)
- Body Control and Voice Manipulation (In the Mindscape, one can freerly control their own body, as shown by Mabel being able to restore her face and voice to normal after that they were warped by Bill, or turn her fists into kittens)
- Portal Creation (Created a portal that was about to send Bill outside of Stanley's mind)
- Non-Physical Interaction (Fought against Bill, and Mabel could turn her fists into kittens that could physically stick to his face and body)
- Abstract Existence (Type 1; The Minscape is a place that connects all the consciousness in the multiverse, where dreams, memories and ideas gather, and is completely separated from the physical world. Implied to exists as a disembodied consciousness within the Mindscape, due to entering in it by making his mind travel inside Stanley's mind, and then return to his physical body while getting out)
- Nonexistent Physiology (Nature Type 3, Aspect Types 1, 3, 4 and 5; As a Mindscape being, he should be in a similar state as Bill Cipher, who exists in a state of quantum uncertainty, meaning that everything that he is, he is also not, with the Mindscape also not really existing while retaining both the soul and mind, and the reality of the Multiverse being made of code which builds up everything in existence)

- Tier: At least 5-B, likely 3-C, possibly higher (Due to them being capable of contending with Bill in the Mindscape, being able to harm him multiple times)
- Speed: Immeasurable, as they could keep up with him, including being able to generate a shield to reflect his laser beam before it could reach them
- Lifting Strength: Likely Class Y, as even if not directly shown, they should be comparable to Bill in even that aspect, as he's the guy who still moved planets together to "make them kiss"
Paraconsistent and Nonexistent Physiology stuff(?)

I'd like to argue that it should also be Type 2 Paraconsistent Physiology, given the following quotes:
Basically, Type 2 does not really mean only characters who are nondual to all of systems within reality, but just all of their properies. Bill says that everyhing he is, he's also not, meaning that any of his properties is both true and false.
