Pretty much. I don't know about #10 or #11 but I know for a fact that the majority of the list is smurfs (though Marvel Comics characters should be removed since IIRC none are High 3-A anymore even if they might be getting it back once Low 1-C is axed for Heralds)
 
since we stoped using only physicals for spot umineko characters for 8C, 6C, and High 3A spots , how smurf is truth hax?

The truth page indicates High 1-A potency (even though the justification used seems more like range than potency).

Also, can you remove Marvel characters from High 3-A? They'll be back once we remove Low 1-C from Heralds.

Hypnosis should be removed from examples of Ctulhlu Mythos in 1-A
Godzilla SP Novelization doesn't have any 1-B
Arceus is no longer Low 1-C, he's 1-C
Anos is no longer 2-A
Xue Ying is not 2-B
Didn't find any 2-B Pokemon
Joshua isn't High 3-A nor 3-A
HSR doesn't seem to be 3-B
Daimon isn't 3-C, so he should be removed from examples of Marvel in that tier
Mujin Park isn't 4-A, so should be removed from examples of GoH
Same for Senjumaru Shutana from Bleach
Announcer should be just removed entirely from 4-A
The linked Godzilla continuity doesn't have Low 4-C characters
Wang King's profile in High 5-A was moved here
Doctor Strange isn't 5-A

The only High 1-B character (not including items like the Cosmic Cube) is the Beyonder's first key. No smurf hax, but has Low Godly regen, History Erasure, and is about to get concept hax.

No clue about DC though.

That's cause the profile was old, and just used to be one large thing, so Xue Ying led to both pages essentially, but it got updated and split across the two, so yeah

Shadow Magic is all Low 1-C/1-A
But beyond the player has passive power null and other things, really depends on what the character you want to throw against them has against the passives (ie law manip, power null, absorption, etc)
 
How high into 1-A are characters from "A Wild Last Boss Appeared"? Cuz I thought characters from SMT (The Great Reason), or even other verses like Warhammer 40K were higher into that tier.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it should be at least below Warhammer then if that's the case.

Would Homestuck qualify for the Top 15? It is 1 layer into 1-A (I know the profiles show higher than that, but that's getting changed sooner or later)

I think Veldanava should overtake him (from 8 to 7)
AE and unconventional resistances with IM2 rock here
 
Klein Moretti should be ranked 7-C in second place because of 1 layer of 1-a powernull and other 1-a hax, 4-C in first place, and 3-A also in first place, right?
 
I'd hold off on 4-C 1st place
Captain scaling still being worked on but the tiers are already accepted, and they have layers for hax in 1-A, and also willpower shenanigans
