Also, nothing stops Neo from absorbing more of the Planet to get even faster.

He doesn't seem to have NPI against NEP nor resistance to Passive Type 3 Madness. So he can't really get past #5 in 7-B unless there's something I missed

Just noticed something. Their NEP only applies to their body, mind and soul
Neo can still affect them throught his metaphysical hax:

Neo can impose cm3 death onto them (layred)
Neo can absorb their info2 and cm2
Neo can put them to sleep Eternaly (cm2 and info2)
Neo can absorb their time to stop them In time or simply regress it to a point they didn't exist
