Both of them have similar AP and given his reaction when it did break i doubt he even has the power to break it.

Her forcefields which are resistant to magic and from what I've seen from her previous matches, can have the form of a complete sphere

He could since it's not always a sphere and most of the just covers one side, but I don't think she would just stand there.
I do think this is a viable wincon

Maybe, though dura neg doesn't really matter considering their AP is above Al's dura anyway, it's his regen that keeps him in the fight

Not exactly but Al is very good at dodging, especially since he often turns into a shadow to do so, and I don't think Frieren's magic can interact with him in that state as she doesn't seem to have NPI

Isn't frierens first move generally to fly into the air and fire ranged moves? whats Alastors counter? I know he has "Kilometers range with magic" but most of his magic spells haven't shown that, the only spell that does being mostly non-combat applicable (His teleportation)

After seeing Vox mocking him in the middle of the Pentagram City, he teleported to his radio station in a matter of seconds, and had his shadow place a radio in the middle of the Pentagram City in order to respond

Alastor tends to attack people with his own shadow like against Adam or Vox, so there's that.
But if you're asking if Alastor's attacks, mostly his tentacles, can reach her while she's in the air, they can as his magic made a shield that covered the entire Hazbin Hotel which is like around 50 meters tall iirc. He could also pull the slingshot move he did against Vox but that's mostly when he's fully locked in

Alastor's Kilometers worth of range allows him to make his tentacles super huge and a huge barrier. He has grabbed Adam mid air (though, to be fair to her, she'd have the IQ not to just stand) so her going into the air isn't gonna screw Al (plus, when he realizes that she pierces through his small buliting to City block dura, he's 100% fighting more serious)

Frieren does just spam her stuff. She goes for the kill from the get-go and flies, uses her barriers constantly etc.
Problem will be if she can fry Al enough to incap (tho a hit with a Zoltraak the size pf his bpdy could do) before starting to get tired.

Frieren's biggest problem is that She can't interact with his shadow based attacks from himself or his shadow (not the tentacles, they're 100% tangible) and, even while, in character, Al's casual, he uses them all the time in real fights but she has the advantage of being magic Resistence (though, I don't know why Frieren's Supporters take her resistance as "She'll tank everything all throws at her" but idk Frieren)

I'll say that Frieren's intelligence, her info analysis and her extrasensory perception will likely allow her to analyse Alastor's magic and determine how it works, especially since she has plenty of feats where she does just that. So she'll probably start aiming at his staff pretty quickly.

On a more serious note, if she goes for magic null first, he'll just be unable to use his magic but keep his Small building (in base) to City Block+ (in Demon form) physicals and High-Mid Regen since they aren't based on his magic but his sinner Physiology. If she goes for sealing, easy wincon. Will she really go for this from one dodge since, from what i'm hearing from Frieren supports, she mostly just uses her Danmaku spam (initially)
