I still can see Frisk profile putting him as infinitely above baseline 5D. So there is no downgrade.
Jokes aside, verse lost High 8-C the moment Armor find issues with both high 8-C calcs
(Damn, I can't even downgrade JJK in spite. I could never be able to downplay it hard as it's supporters could. Sups almost put superhuman cap at most of the cast, bruh)

It's a bit surprising Titan Spawn would even be vulnerable to that.
The Titan is said to exist only to destroy & the Titan Spawn are very clearly shown to have little to no self-preservation instincts.

Titan Spawn are ones that have passive fearhax(along the Titan). This is why it's dumb to throw bunnies at them, even while said bunnies have x2 AP advantage(and some good hax). Bunnies would just get paralysed by fear, and would be slaughtered

Should monsters actually have inorganic physiology for being mostly made of magic? I mean they are still at least partially made of matter. Around 40% matter given that the magic making up the body is equivalent to the amount of water in a human body at 60%. Given water is not organic would it be reasonable possible for some to still have a significant amount of organic parts.

We don't actually know if the amount of magic that makes up monster bodies is equivalent to the water in human bodies given the books in the library are just roughly comparing the two, they also dissolve into dust upon death which i don't think would happen if they were 40% physical matter. There's also the issue of some monsters just being heads, piles of slime or straight up rocks.
