Speed is equalized. And the heat stuff involves scalar quantities which soul magic doesn't abide to.

But it does though. Omega Flowey soulhax is infinitely stronger than Froggit soulhax, due him being stronger(and we can measure precisely by how much, via their tiers). And Asriel has infinitely more stronger soulhax than Omega Flowey.
And rn, Asriel Souls are infinitely more stronger than Kratos and whatever enemies he faced.
Asriel leads with EE info 2, Kratos doesn't resist it. At best he can achieve incon, but since supporters say he would do information analysis first, he dies.
And I don't need to say who wins if speed is unequalized

Kratos's Time Manipulation involves 2 time dimensions and can affect concepts. Immeasurable speed is not gonna do anything.

Kratos can reverse time manip as well, and his time manip works accross past.present,future not just present moment.

Does he travel negatively into 2 dimensions? Has he resisted conceptual time shenanigans? If no, then he doesn't resist or do anything.

On the wiki we judge our layers by the following.
First feat of affecting the soul. Character A resists. Baseline.
Character B overcomes that Resistance. Layer 1. Character A evolves and resists again. Layer 1 resistance.
Do the UT soulhax layers work like this, or is there anything in-verse that concretely confirms layers and resistances to be tied to their magic's potency?

UT SOUL resistance is due to them taking less damage from SOUL attacks than they normally would.

Kratos time manip isn't normal. I believe much more nuance is needed in discussion to arrive at any conclusion.

If matchup ends up with character A dead and character B alive(but in timestop) I would say Character B won.
In case if timestop still works after Kratos is dead. But I highly doubts so. Most likely Kratos would be dead moment he affected Asriel with it, and with his death timestop stops working

- Any speed equalized match, in which a major reason a character loses is due to having a disadvantage against some speed value they usually wouldn't have a disadvantage against, may not be added to profiles.
- As a result, winning a speed equalized match against a faster opponent due to a speed boost so large that it blitzes the opponent will not be added.
- Matches in which characters with Immeasurable speed lose against non-immeasurable passive abilities would likewise not be added, as the Immeasurable characters would normally be faster than the instantaneous passives.
- While time stop, which could be viewed as an infinite speed amplification, is assumed to work even on characters that would usually bypass it via speed, those matches can likewise not be added.

Even then, if we go with the line of thought of Hope not protecting from Info 2 things, what really happens if Asriel just uses the True Reset, which is not just time hax but reality warping on Info 2 level?

Expect Asriel doesn't know the danger Kratos possesses? Kratos does know. That's a pretty fundamental difference.
Unless you're saying Asriel does that to random old men, I don't see a reason the first second he glances at Kratos he would do that.

Another variation, Kratos dumps his God of War thought based hax on Asriel. Psyhic hax, combustion, power null/absorption, soul hax.
