Pretty sure destroying something at an atomic level speaks about the difference between the attackers' AP and the defender's durability. So, nah. Just because in one case the enemy was atomized doesn't mean they always are.
See, for example, how in Buu saga Buu got reduzed to smoke, not to less than an atom (otherwise he wouldn't regenerate) or how in Future Saga (manga) Zamasu's whole body got separated in parts yet wasn't atomized.

Pretty sure Destruction of something would require more substantiation or proof if we are doing something like assuming its Atomization

Atomizing/Vaporizing a planet is actually not that much more impressive than just overcoming its GBE

If DB's ki inherently atomizes anything regardless of its durability, that'd be some kind of matter Manipulation and as thus useless for calcs.
If it didn't, then it's based on AP. So you cannot asume it atomizes everything unless supporting proof states it
In both cases you can't use atomization for calcs
That'd be kinda dumb tbh. It'd be like: Yeah! You see? This character got bursted into a pile of LIMBS! That clearly means he got atomized and has High regen!

You're talking about the manga, sorry, i didn't finish reading it properly (DB fans can't read).
But in the anime, after Trunks cuts Zamasu in half, the energy accumulated by Trunks through the sword atomises Zamasu's body, leaving nothing behind.

Need an explicit statement for that, atomization hax is generally not as simple as completely destroying a body. In fact, even existence erasure doesn't usually qualify for atomization.

Gamma 1 and 2 have statements of being on par with Goku and Vegeta but its not stated which form
Pretty sure Ultimate Gohan Post Top (Presumably Moro Arc since Super Heroes takes place after it in the Manga) with a bit of a Rage Boost was beating Gamma 1 so well...

I think it's just referring to the last time they saw Goku and Vegeta, which depending on the continuity drastically changes how strong Gamma 1 and 2 actually are. This is made especially more blatant with, at least for the movie version, Toriyama explicitly said that Orange Piccolo finally closed the gap between Piccolo and Goku, making them equals.
