no, timeless voids don't count destroying space times doesn't give immeasurable speed either

As based as imm Dimentio would be yeah, yeah we don't grant any sort of speed off timeless voids for a few reasons (unless the verse itself makes it abundantly clear such speed or mechanics is required to do so, but at that point it's less the void and more the statement doing the work).

Yeah for a potential speed downgrade I think massively hypersonic might be a better alternative to subsonic, there's a decent number of triple digit mach feats floating around.

Long distance travel speed tho yeah maybe subsonic fits best lol
 
Off the top of my head, Mario / Luigi dodging cloud to ground lightning bolts in one of the NSMB games, one of the Wario Land games has Wario doing the same, DK Jungle Climber has DK piloting a rocket barrel from earth to K. Rool's spaceship in space in a short amount of time (He has to react and dodge meteors while piloting it, the spaceship), and more recently there's King K. Rool's propellerpack letting him sly fast enough to go from the centre of the planet to the surface in just a few minutes (He's reacting to and fighting DK mid flight, and DK can throw at speeds comparable to the propellerpack's flight speed)
 
Origami King has a lightning dodge feat, although I remember Agnaa disagreeing with it on the basis that the cloud was tiny. At worst it's still in the low mach range
 
Aren't there also other lightning dodge feats from the first two PM? I'm pretty sure they do have some.

The lightning feats are fake tbh. The lightning bolts Wario dodges clearly don't act like actual lightning and the clouds are super small, I doubt you can equate this to real world cloud to ground lightning. The NSMB feat has basically the same problem

Huh, well nevermind then. NSMB one would probs still get the low mach range assuming it's similar to the Origami King one Armor mentioned. However the GOAT DK and King K. Rool pulling through with legit MHS feats, main series Mario could never.
 
Replayed through Galaxy 2 for the first time since its release, and I genuinely forgot Bowser literally shrinks at the end of the game (he’s mini-sized in the credits). Is it explained why that is, or was it just some vague karmic justice for how obsessed he was over being big in the game?
 
Any and all doubts I had about the mario galaxy movie were destroyed when my GOAT Mouser showed up for like 2 seconds, he's not been forgotten and he will be the sole reason this movie will end up being a 10/10.

On a more serious note, trailer was cool, so far doesn't really feel like a galaxy movie specifically but I'm sure most of these locations will end up being on different planets or something. Do feel worried the movie will end up being, I dunno, cluttered I guess? Seems like there's a lot going on and might end up being too unfocused, falling into the same issues as the first movie where there's a lot of cool "wow that's from the games!!!!" moments shoved in every few minutes without much else going on.
 
I think there is a degree of consistence across the franchise's MFTL+ feats that aren't far from each other

At the very least, they can still keep their combat speed and reactions at MFTL+ speeds imo, while there's a better case for downgrading their travel speed

If you people want to search for other Speed feats, i remember two CSAP blogs that went across multiple speed feats on the franchise (Some of them were wrong, but both blogs were very interesting)

@Mephistus also made some speed calcs a while ago for the verse

Undertale and Pizza Tower still got their MHS+ feats accepted despite the clouds which appear on both cases being small

Pretty sure we got more flexible regarding the analysis of this type of feat across the wiki's years

I really agree with this sentiment. There are too many travel speed anti feats for me to want them at MFTL+.
