GRACE [7-0-0] Western 2000's waifu vs. Mischaracterization incarnate (TT Raven vs. MCU She-Hulk)

I'm arguing so so so much for this half-answer yall are giving :<

She scales to Cy's feat, like the rest of the Titans
And much like them, she is trained by Robin. Her profile and the verse need an update, to show this better, but she knows martial arts, like SH doesn't
And by being able to use her defensive magic, she cannot instantly get combo'd by SH's Thunderclap whenever she decided to use it, without instantly smashing SH with her more usual magic

is not what she usually goes to, that's why

but she is trained by Robin, spars with him and the rest sometimes
She's displayed that she is capable of Martial arts in at least 3 episodes: Final Exam (iirc S1-E5; where she engaged shortly with Jynx on cqc), Titans East - Part 2 (S3-E13; where she's together with BB fighting Más and Menos) and Hide and Seek (S5-E17; where she engaged shortly with Mallar)
Note that all 3 are very short, but display that she has some capacity in this matter

So all her abilities except raw physical strength and combat skills are restricted right? Then yes I would vote for Raven, as She-Hulk wouldn't really abuse her shockwaves against a teenager that's also like half her height at best, making it way more easy for Raven to beat her with superior acrobatics and skills
