Actually, Low 1-A is still within space, just that you are too large due to encompassing all possible dimensions, having no dimensional limitation, being dimensionaless also make you having no dimensional limitation in sense
It would be High 1-B. Ad infinitum is a progressive process, it's not a stationary point.
That is exactly the point of being ad-infinitum, as jumping dimensions forvever =/= being already infinite dimensional. Jumping dimensions forever means the character still have yet to reach infinity, and jumping dimension toward infinity forever mean said character will never reach true infinity, it is going to take forever or infinite amount of time for the character to reach it, but infinite mean no end, that mean the character will never reach infinity, thus the term ad-infinitum. Either you being true infinity right from the start, or not, or have some evidence that you instantly reach infinity

It's even on her profile. Alice's RE will make her +1D against Makina, but Makina will do the same and so on.
That doesn't show me anything other than having infinite grow. She can grow, yeah, but the interpretation is that she can grow, and she can jump to quasi-omnipotent and to omnipotent, quasi-omnipotent and omnipotent is 1 dimensional difference so infinite grow mean she can grow at infinite dimensional level, and Nebula being impenetrable mean she is Low 1-A
No, it isn't, best even if i accept your interpretation at growing = dimensional jumping. It is only Ad-infinitum 1-B for Alice and Makima???, as they need forever to reach true infinity which is High 1-B. And Nebula, being an insurmountable wall, impenetrable, is High 1-B.
This is perfectly fine within the reasoning of these statements, as i have said above. Others need forever to reach High 1-B, but will never reach it as they need to have infinite/no end amount of time, thus in turn never truly reach it, so they will never truly reach High 1-B, and High 1-B itself in turn being an insuramountable wall that can't be reached, let alone being passed
