The Higher Dimensional Nature of World Creators
On the profiles of world creators, they just have a vague HDE, its not defined what level of higher dimensional they are. This page explains the higher dimensional scaling in verse.
Quasi-Omnipotent (5-D with 6-D power)
Quasi-Omnipotent beings like Fate who are just barely on that level, transcend time and space, this is fine to put them as 5-D, however beings on Shiro's level are currently treated as 6-D in terms of existence, which is wrong. They are rated as such due to feats of interfering with temporal dimensions, that refers to their power, their nature itself isn't doesn't have any statements of being 6-D, so I think they should just be 5-D, with 6-D power.
Omnipotent (7-D)
These beings presence alone can restrain the spatial axis of Trinia, and cause Quasi-Omnipotent beings like Kuro to be unable to move, I think them being 7-D is fine, since the statements are about their existence.
Omnipotent and Omniscient (8-D and above)
They have statements about their power such as creating higher dimensions, however their existence itself is such that they can't enter Trinia which has 7 dimensions, without downgrading their existence, so 8-D is fine.
Omnipotent beings such as Shiro and Kuro can also perceive Tiana due to being able to perceive and interfere with higher dimensions (Chapter 2236). Tiana is the strongest God excluding outliers (Nebula and Shiro (The Epilogue), because she has far more dimensions than everyone else (Chapter 2236), hence why Tiana ignores the laws and abilities of others, Electrone who is Omnipotent and Omniscient says the same thing that Tiana ignores everything such as defense, spatial warping, conceptual defense (Chapter 2189), and just uses brute force, she can do that cause she has far more dimensions than everyone. Tiana would be fine with 1-B HDE.
So Tiana who is unquantifiable 1-B due to having far more dimensions than everyone else, but can still be perceived by beings on the Omnipotent level because they can perceive and interfere with higher dimensions, which logically would make them have 1-B range imo.
