I just think it's weird giving chapter 4 its own tabber when the only thing differentiating it from the other ones are the statistics, and it wasn't that complicated before either
There aren't too many examples on the wiki but there is Gojo having separate ability tabbers for arcs and pre/post-awakening, despite sharing the same keys. As well as Gohan having his Frieza Arc and early Cell Arc keys being separate, even though they're a shared key.

What I mean is that since Lanino & Elnina are weather forecasters, and because weather forecasts usually cover several days, they must have affected the temperature over several days. I don't know if I have explained myself well.

As someone who has just researched an ex-weather forecaster, yeah no that's not a valid timeframe. A weather forecast is just projected results of an analysis of current conditions in the climate, which itself is not something set in stone. This isn't something that they'd need to maintain through any active power sense, since the moment they change the climate to one standard it can just stay there without any alterations of power.
Think of it like this, if a character caused it to snow then naturally a weather forecast would predict that snow's climate and conditions until the effect goes away. We'd need evidence of Lanino & Elnina actually maintaining that level of climate AND proof that it's only staying that way due to their power. Since, with the snow example, a character CAN just create snowy weather and then just let natural effects take the wheel

I would advocate that it is ignoring durability (It is seemingly a magic or magic-adjacent attack, amped by the SOUL's POWER, & the SOUL provides Light, the antithesis of the Titan's Darkness.), but a hole in this arises from Rude Buster & Red Buster using DEF in their damage calculations, yet IceShock & SnowGrave don't.
Maybe only part of it ignores Durability....???

I will say, treating some moves like this is probably a bad idea because the entire reason the gameplay functions like that is because its targeting a specific weakpoint.
I would personally either list it as a greatly enhanced version of the regular hax (Light/Holy, i dont know what we list the Soul's light as and im not checking RN) or a very limited Duraneg from light/holy since its capable of bypassing the defenses of darkness

It's been so long (Especially since so many theorists neglect the Japanese version.) that I forgot DR has Japanese as effectively, if not outright, a second official language.
JP version prophecy panels could be huge insights.
