Reviving this thread once again - which level of intelligence fictional species would have, if they are baseline smarter than dolphins?

I know how smart dolphins are, I'm more confused about tiering of intelligence. Basically, what level of intelligence those fictional species would have if they are smarter than them? High animalistic? Below Average? Average? Are dolphins the highest end of High Animalistic intelligence, and everything even slightly above that is automatically falls into different category or not???? We have the Bottlenose Dolphin as a profile on-site. High Animalistic. What part is vague here you're confused about?
Unless there's a specified, specific gap, at least High animalistic intelligence would suffice.I know how smart dolphins are, I'm more confused about tiering of intelligence. before anything what's your frame of reference for the real world stuff? have you read the scaling rules and explanations for itWell, here are some questions about current state of The Real World on VSBW:
- How many animal profiles are outdated and require some CRTs and editing?
- Which are the best animal profiles in your opinion (currently the most detailed profile I've seen so far is Gorilla's)?
- I've seen some armor icons on that page, and I genuinely interested in scaling them. So basically - is it allowed to scale them the same way we scaled weapons + destructive values?
- Are there any reliable ways to scale animals, without using KE and upscalings? I'm just so confused on how to do that, despite my attempts to understand Real World scaling rules
- How can I add some obscure animals to the wiki (like spider monkeys, shoebills, pelican eels, mudskippers, binturongs and etc)? Basically how can I evaluate this, after making profiles in the sandbox?
Well, I read them, but I barely understood some of thembefore anything what's your frame of reference for the real world stuff? have you read the scaling rules and explanations for it

DarlingAurora and I are pretty much the parents of the entire thing. I just coded most of the rules.Well, here are some questions about current state of The Real World on VSBW:

The question is about exact values of their AP and how do I calculate raw power anyways without pixel scaling and other things that are applicable only for fiction?DarlingAurora and I are pretty much the parents of the entire thing. I just coded most of the rules.
??? raw power and common sense is the way to power scale animals. What's vague about that?
It's Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, the dude who holds the standard deadlift world record.A guy was able to tip over a car and pull down a bus. I'll calculate it.

Watching The essential purpose for the thread's dealt with though (as in the points and proposals I sent have been answered), pretty sure the best course now is to just close this thread and redirect to Cracker's more general-purpose thread on the Real World.vsbattles.com

The Real World Discussion Thread
I figured people already knew about this tbh since like obvious the real world ain't that simple so uh, what's the general consensus on my gpe calcs (I fixed them fr this time) I honestly feel like we should raise Wall level since no human has even punched through a wall beforevsbattles.com
I have some questions about composite human. So basically - can they harm baseline 9-B creatures with their bare hands or not? To which exact physical values of AP/Durability they scale? Which character can slightly outskill them in combat (not taking into account some obvious skillsloppers like Batman or Re:Zero cast)
1: X being harming another being isn't how the real world always works. That would invite mosquitoes being 10-B or us athletes being in durability, 10-C when our musculoskeletal structures don't shatter like glass. Overpowering things or vaguely but if not contradictory enough, breaking object feats that have precise, quantitative values tend to have more accurate and consistent AP physical ratings. The question is about exact values of their AP and how do I calculate raw power anyways without pixel scaling and other things that are applicable only for fiction?
Sorry, but currently I'm not ready to do calcs. Thanks for the answers though, I think 5 kj upper limit for Composite Human will do (considering it's that one's rugby player KE)I'm actually interested in having help calc some old feats I wanted to awhile ago, do you want to finish some of them?
Neither of these are going to get anything beyond the Peak Human physical strength standards we already have.A guy was able to tip over a car and pull down a bus. I'll calculate it.
We wait until human enhancement produces a human with optimised performance before we can conceive of rewriting such standards then, welp.Neither of these are going to get anything beyond the Peak Human physical strength standards we already have.

If we can incorporate stuff of mechanical, natural, and/or even cosmic origin, it might be even more pronounced perhaps.
We can make predictions but still, welp.![]()

These are also worth considering at that point though...
(I wonder what lies in future for life and the universe in general.)
This is largely how extreme feats of strength are achieved yes. Hysterical strength is a concept perpetuated by people not understanding how the mechanics of lifting something work. It is literally just:I'm pretty sure if you do the math, a lot of the hysterical strength/strongman feats of tipping over vehicles redirects the weight. You'd only be lifting a fraction of the vehicle or car's weight. That's not mentioning I don't know the context of the feat.
Imagine if the vehicle is like, 1500 kg in weight and it's lifted at an angle of 5 degrees. (cos5)1500 = 1494.292047 kg towards the ground and you're only lifting 130.7336141 kg the other end.

It's that or we change the Spear page name to Polearms and then just add the stats for notable polearms to the page.I'll join in on that because I've been considering making some profiles for polearms.
You want to make stuff for the Langxian, Fangtian Ji, Halberd, Poleaxe, and other polearms?I'll join in on that because I've been considering making some profiles for polearms.
