Since it's not considered an actual black hole it'd be a resistance to Psudo-Black hole, the actual most impressive thing about that scene is the fact that Lupin just straight up resists the Fujin's atomic destruction so that's a resistance to mater manip and deconstruction. The reason I haven't added it yet is simply because The Last Job is a TV Special which I haven't done an update for specifically (The next update will be movies, THEN TV Specials). Thankfully we've gotten one of the most difficult revisions out of the way with the stats, the only other hard parts of the verse that's on the table now is the Isekai Manga (translations diff), Mamo's possible R>F (mod diff, also nobody scales to this directly except Lupin getting some specific resistances), and Mamo in general (complex profile diff), but besides the Isekai Manga none of them are of any real importance and is simply just a victory lap.

If there are errors in the Powers and Abilities, please tell me so I can fix them on the next go-around.

(reads a recent sun calculation) I'm not sure if Zeni-Robo's energy cannon is truly as powerful as it's missiles, but the thought of a Low 4-C cast with Lupin surviving his own mech's destruction by former is hilarious even if unlikely.

As a silly question, there is some statement that a character is a master of all martial arts?
 
Though all my research I have yet to find such statements. Characters are proficient in certain techniques, like Zenigata having Judo, Kendo, and his handcuff fighting style. But to my knowledge no singular character has a direct statement of mastering ALL the martial arts.
 
Actual movie spoiler time

So immediate things of note is Yael is getting a buff, he got stronger guns and upgraded his cyber eye. Hawk is getting downgraded as he will lose scaling to the Zantetsuken (it will be changed to a Limited Powernull since it's treated more like a sword blocking technique). And turns out my sources were wrong about nuclear bombs being used to destroy the island...... IT'S SOMEHOW 4D BLACK HOLE BS PSUDO-SCIENCE AGAIN HOW TF DID LUPIN SURVUVE THIS SHIT, BRO WAS LAST SEEN ON THE ISLAND, WAS GIVEN NO WAY OUT, AND WAS JUST STRAIGHT UP PRESUMED DEAD BY THE END ONLY FOR THE REVEAL AFRER THE CREDITS.

On more standard news, Fujiko does absolutely nothing of use this film once again.
 




Ladies and gentlemen, we are close to peak fiction. This is a project that I  know has a lot of passion in it and, if the video description is anything to go by, the start of something grand. So I do encourage yall to check out the video and, when the episode drops next month, see the animatic associated with it.



Im not actually a part of this episode (as far as I know) and it's entirely possible to be anyone's game, so don't think that just looking at Jigen's and Sniper's profiles here will tell the ending. This is any man's game but if there's one thing I know about these folks, is that they can write something truly insane.

So since Pycal's "Magic" is being scaled to other people with magical tricks (Lupin, Fujiko, the kid from the Blue Jacket etc...), would this count the illusionist/stage performer chick from Angel Tactics?

I have not looked so I can't confirm, Pycal only scales to those because of how common/basic they are which are able to be performed by non-magicians (Lupin and Fujiko). I'd assume the Angel Tactics girl would at least be skilled enough to have her own move set that Pycal can't get simply for existing

No it doesnt count, those instances are very common and its typically just showing scenarios where the character just is there. Anything that happens in the scene is fair game, but unless an effect is clear on intention I ignore it

That's why I decided to ask if Lupin has shown to summoned his partners before, because I felt that maybe that was somewhat ambiguous about it.
